1. NRI Sponsorship Declaration — Annexure-1
Declaration by student / parent / blood relative seeking NRI category admission. Available as Annexure-1 in the Prospectus. Must state blood relationship and confirm NRI financial supporter. Concealment of facts = cancellation + legal action.
2. NRI Status Certificate from Embassy
Official NRI status certificate issued by the Embassy of the respective country under their official seal. No other document accepted. Must match the supporter named in Annexure-1.
3. NRI Bank Account Passbook Copy
Copy of NRI Bank Account passbook of the financial supporter. Demonstrates NRI banking status of the sponsor. Must belong to the same person named as financial supporter in Annexure-1.
4. Passport Copy of NRI Financial Supporter
Valid passport copy of the NRI who is financially sponsoring the candidate. Blood relationship only: Father / Mother / Brother / Sister / Uncle / Aunt. Other relatives NOT accepted.
🚨 NRI Rules — Critical: (1) NRI supporter must be a blood relative only — Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Uncle, or Aunt. (2) False declaration = cancellation + criminal proceedings. (3) Adding NRI category after registration requires ₹20,000 late fee DD drawn in favour of "The Registrar, KNRUHS", payable at Warangal.
Powers of Admission Authorities — Complete Hierarchy
🏛️ Admission Committee
Has power to revise its decision in any case before closure of admissions. Can direct Principal to select, cancel, or admit any candidate. Selections cannot be questioned after closure of admissions.
🎓 Powers of Principal
May cancel admission at any time before completion of UG course if incorrect/false information was furnished. Must issue show-cause notice — 2 weeks to submit written explanation. Appeal against Principal's order lies to the Registrar, KNRUHS.
🏫 Powers of KNRUHS
KNRUHS may suo motu call for and examine records of any selection. Can cancel any admission even after joining if fake/false certificates found. Must give opportunity to show cause first.
⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters fall under High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana ONLY. No other court's jurisdiction applicable.
📋 Admission Committee at College
Responsible for scrutiny of all original certificates at joining. Any discrepancy = provisional allotment order cancelled immediately. Affidavit on Rs.20/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper required from both Parent + Candidate.
📊 University Merit Authority
KNRUHS releases merit list based on NEET UG 2025 scores after certificate verification. No SC/ST/BC/EWS reservation in Management Quota. All dates are tentative — University reserves right to change.
Attendance, Leave & Degree Completion Rules
📅 Absence — 91+ Continuous Days
Re-admission application forwarded by Principal to Registrar. Vice Chancellor approves if reasons are satisfactory. Study period extended equivalent to period of absence. Must complete extended period before appearing in final exam.
⛔ Multiple Absence Spells
Break of study in more than one spell: representation forwarded to Government with Executive Council recommendations. Cumulative absence > 2 years: studentship auto-cancelled without notice.
🎓 Degree Completion
Must pass final exam within double the duration of the prescribed course OR within maximum period permitted by NMC. Study period extended = duration of absence for re-admitted candidates.
📚 College Rules
Must follow rules and regulations of college + University. All correspondence must go through the Principal. Cannot approach higher authorities, NMC, or Govt directly without prior permission.
🚫 Discipline
Strikes strictly prohibited during study period. Cannot criticise Institute/University policies before media. Grievances: through Dean/Principal only. Violation = admission cancellation.
🚫 Anti-Ragging — Zero Tolerance:
Strictly prohibited under Act No.26 of 1997. Consequences: cancellation of seat, expulsion, and punishments as per law. No exceptions whatsoever.

Keep your mobile number active while applying. OTP required at multiple stages throughout counselling.
Do NOT block SMS on registered mobile — OTP is sent for every stage of registration and payment.
Use stable, fast internet to avoid session timeouts, payment failures, or incomplete submissions.
Avoid slow internet — payment gateway failures can result in loss of fee with no refund.

Do NOT submit Grade Certificate for Intermediate — only Marks Memo is accepted. Grade cert explicitly rejected.
