1. Nature of Services
Edutrack provides digital career counselling services delivered through its mobile application. Due to the personalized and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service
- Technical Failure: If a counselling session could not be delivered due to a verified technical issue from our side
- Service Not Provided: If the booked session was not conducted and not rescheduled
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- You attended or partially attended a counselling session
- You missed the scheduled session
- You are dissatisfied with counselling outcomes or advice
- You change your mind after purchase
- Incorrect information was provided by you during booking
4. Cancellation Policy
- Users must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds
- Rescheduling is subject to counsellor availability

- Registered Email / Mobile Number
- Payment details
- Reason for refund request
6. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method
7. Payment Gateway Charges
- Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount
8. Right to Refuse Refund
Edutrack reserves the right to deny refund requests if:
- The request does not meet the conditions stated above
- There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
9. Changes to This Policy
