Round 1 — Entry
- Register on AACCC portal
- Pay Registration Fee + Security Deposit
- Fill choices (college/course) & lock
- Provisional result → Final result
- Physical reporting to allotted institute
- ✅ FREE EXIT if you don't want to join
- ⚠ Submit upgradation willingness at reporting

Round 2 — Upgrade
- R1 choices = null & void — fill fresh choices
- R1 participants need not re-register
- Upgraded seat cancels R1 seat automatically
- Get online relieving letter from R1 institute
- ❌ NO Free Exit if seat allotted in R2
- ⚠ Exit with forfeiture → 3 days before R3 only
- Submit R3 upgradation willingness at R2 joining

Round 3 — Final Upgrade
- R1/R2 choices = null & void — fresh choices
- Category conversion algorithm applied

- ⚠ Non-joining = ineligible ALL Ayush counseling

Stray Vacancy Round
- Fresh registration in SVR-I only
- Choice filling in SVR-I only (not SVR-II)
- SVR-II uses SVR-I locked choices
- No upgradation from any round to SVR

- ⚠ Undertaking: not holding any AIQ/State seat
SVR Special Rules (AY 2025-26)
📋 Deemed Universities in SVR: After Round 3, Deemed University vacant seats are filled along with Govt./Aided/CU-NI in the common SVR (SVR-I & SVR-II). No separate SVR for Deemed. No institutional-level counseling in SVR.
SVR-I — First Allotment Phase
Registration + Choice filling + 1st allotment. Must join allotted seat. Report as per SVR-I reporting schedule.
SVR-II — Second Allotment Phase
No new registration or choices. 2nd allotment based on SVR-I locked choices for unreported/withdrawn SVR-I seats.
Free Exit vs Exit with Forfeiture — Know the Difference
R1: Free exit — no fees forfeited. Eligible for all counseling.
R1 joined: Free exit available until R2 final result announcement date.
R2 allotted: NO free exit. Must join or counseling fees forfeited.
R2 joined: Exit with forfeiture till 3 days before R3 → eligible for further counseling.
Exit between 3 days pre-R3 and R3 result → eligible State/UT ONLY, NOT AACCC.
Withdraw ON or AFTER R3 result → ineligible ALL Ayush counseling (Central/State/UT).
One registration only — duplicate = debarred
All admissions online only — offline = invalid seat
False documents = admission cancelled at any stage
False SVR undertaking = all seats cancelled

Special Course Language Requirements
📜 BSMS Admission: Produce Tamil language certificate from 10th/12th standard — else Tamil is compulsory in 1st Professional year.
📜 BUMS Admission: Urdu/Arabic/Persian certificate from 10th/12th — else Urdu + Arabic + Logic & Philosophy in 1st Professional year.
✅ Domicile Certificate: NOT required for AIQ seats. All AIQ seats are domicile-free (Ministry letter L-18020/2/2023-EP-I dated 26.05.2023).

💡 Key Rule: Registration Fee is Non-Refundable. Security Money is refundable to the same bank account/card used for payment. Keep that account active until refund is received. Refunds initiated only after ALL rounds complete.

Critical Alerts — Act on These
🔴 Critical
R3 is a Point of No Return
Once allotted/upgraded a seat in Round 3, you MUST join. No exit allowed. Non-joining = ineligible for ALL Ayush UG counseling (Central/State/UT) + full fees forfeited.

Choices Locked = Irreversible
Once choices are locked, AACCC cannot unlock them — even from their end. Verify every choice before locking. Wrong allotment is entirely your responsibility.

Online Admission Letter is Mandatory
All admissions online only. Demand the online-generated Provisional Admission Letter at college. Offline admission = seat shown as vacant = allotted to next candidate.

One Registration Only
Submitting more than one registration = debarred from counseling. Use same mobile & email as NEET-UG 2025 NTA registration. Cannot change these later.

R2 Has NO Free Exit
If allotted in R2 and do not join, fees are forfeited. Exit with forfeiture only till 3 days before R3 to remain eligible for further counseling rounds.

State/UT Seat Cancelled at R3
If you hold a State/UT seat and get allotted in R3, that State/UT seat stands cancelled automatically. Plan carefully before participating in R3.

Upgradation Willingness is Critical
Join R1/R2 and not submit upgradation willingness at reporting = NOT eligible for upgradation in subsequent rounds. Submit at time of joining — cannot do it later.

Fresh Choices Every Round
Choices from R1 are null & void for R2. R1+R2 choices null & void for R3. SVR = all previous choices null & void. Always fill fresh choices each round.

SVR Undertaking is Legally Binding
Must declare you're not holding any AIQ/State/UT seat. If false undertaking given → allotted seat still valid but all previous State/UT allotments cancelled. Disciplinary action follows.
Ineligibility Triggers — Know Exactly When You Lose Eligibility
Withdraw between 3 days pre-R3 and R3 result → ineligible AACCC-UG (but eligible State/UT)
Withdraw on/after R3 result announcement → ineligible ALL Ayush counseling (Central + State/UT)
Not joining R3 allotted seat → ineligible ALL Ayush + full fees forfeited
Not joining SVR allotted seat → ineligible ALL Ayush + full fees forfeited
Using false/fake documents → admission cancelled at any stage, even after joining
R2 non-joined (exit with forfeiture) → must pay full fees again to participate in R3
Pro Tips — Do This Right
Browser
Use latest Chrome/Firefox on laptop/PC. Avoid mobile browsers for registration.
Password
Keep password confidential. Never share OTP. Use Shift key, not Caps Lock.
Documents
Carry originals + 2 attested sets. Originals retained by college until seat changes.
Payment
Use your own nationalised bank card/UPI. Keep that account active until refund arrives.
Join Early
Don't wait for last day. Colleges may take 2–3 days due to holidays & formalities.
