GIXA provides AI-based college prediction, counselling guidance, cutoff analysis, seat matrix, and admission-related information for NEET aspirants (UG/PG).
- SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
a)BASIC PLAN
– Coverage: Single State
– Includes: College prediction, cutoff data, seat matrix, counselling guidance (single state)
– Refund Policy: Strictly Non-Refundable once accessed
b)CLASSIC PLAN
– Coverage: 2 States + AIQ + Deemed Universities
– Includes: Expanded data, multi-state prediction, AIQ insights
– Refund Policy: Conditional Refund (only before usage within 24 hours)
c)PREMIUM PLAN
– Coverage: Up to 5 States + Full Access
– Includes: Advanced prediction, priority support, detailed counselling strategy
– Refund Policy: Limited Refund Assurance (within 24 hours if unused)
- REFUND POLICY
3.1 General Rule:
All subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed or services are utilized.
3.2 Eligible Refund Cases:
– Payment deducted but service not activated
– Technical issues from GIXA platform
– Duplicate transactions
– System errors during purchase
3.3 Cooling-Off Period:
Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours ONLY if:
– No dashboard access
– No prediction usage
3.4 Non-Refundable Cases:
– Change of mind
– Partial usage
– Wrong plan selection by user
– Misinterpretation of services-

– Provide accurate NEET rank and details
– Use platform ethically
– Not misuse or copy data/content
